  • Will I be charged Sales Tax?
    We currently only collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Michigan.

  • I like a piece of your jewelry, but will you make a small change?
    Submit your request by email at service@watermanjewelers.com or call us at 248-242-7092 and we will let you know if we can make the change and if there is any additional cost.

  • What if I need my ring resized?
    If you need the ring resized, please contact us at service@watermanjewelers.com or call us at 248-242-7092 prior to ordering and we will let you know if the ring can be resized and if there are any additional costs. We can not resize rings once they have been shipped.

  • Can I buy if I live outside the United States?
    Unfortunately, we currently only accept orders shipped within the United States.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
