How to Order
Order Online
You can order quickly and easily through WatermanJewelers.com.

• Step 1: Simply click "Add to Cart" for items you want to buy.
• Step 2: When you are finished shopping and ready to complete your purchase, click the "Check Out" button.
• Step 3: Review the items in your shopping bag. Delete items you no longer want.
• Step 4: Complete your order by filling in your personal and billing information, selecting your shipping method, and submitting your order to PayPal by pressing the "Submit" button.
• Step 5: A payment receipt and order confirmation will be emailed to you.  We will process your order within 1-2 business days. When we ship your order you'll receive a second email confirming ship date tracking number (USPS Priority and Express Mail only).

Shipping and Handling
We offer free USPS ground shipping on all orders. For faster delivery we also offer the following expedited delivery services:

• USPS Priority Mail (3-4 day delivery): $6.99
• USPS Express Mail (overnight delivery): $20.00

All orders over $200 are insured using USPS Registered Mail.

Returns Policy
You may return the goods within 15 days for a full refund. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This refund policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
